aromatics, high toned texture, harmonious and lively acidity.
Winemaking
Vinification: Destemming and crushing. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel with temperature controlled and indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel followed by several racking to remove the sediments and avoid reduction. Natural tartaric stabilization over the winter.
Aging: stainless steel before bottling.
