Winemaking
Estate-grown fruit from McLaren Vale was fermented on skins and pressed prior to full dryness to retain vibrant fruit and fine tannins. A portion underwent oak fermentation. The wine was then matured for 13 months, predominantly in French oak (20% new) with a portion in American oak (10% new), adding structure, roundness, and complexity.
