Pale gold with a delicate blush of pink, this Pinot Gris opens with an attractive bouquet of pear, complemented by hints of honey and rose. The palate is medium-bodied with soft acidity and a smooth, extended mouthfeel. Juicy and expressive, it finishes long, bright, and refreshingly clean.
Winemaking
Grapes underwent 24 hours of skin contact to enhance texture and extract subtle colour. Pressings were fined and blended back with the free-run juice. Fermentation was carried out with two-thirds in cool stainless steel and one-third in older oak barrels to add complexity while maintaining freshness.
