Located in the renowned village of Vosne-Romanée in the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Michel Noëllat et Fils is a historic family estate with deep roots in Burgundy. The domaine was developed under Michel Noëllat, who expanded the family vineyard holdings and strengthened the estate’s reputation for producing classic wines of the region.

Today the estate is managed by the next generation — Sébastien, Sophie and Alain Noëllat — who continue the family tradition while carefully adapting to the conditions of each vintage. The domaine farms approximately 27 hectares of vineyards across several prestigious appellations including Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Vougeot, as well as Grand Cru parcels such as Échezeaux and Clos de Vougeot.

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then gently transported to the winery to preserve their quality. After destemming, the red wines undergo a short cold maceration before fermentation with regular pumping over and punch-downs to extract colour and structure.

The wines are aged in French oak barrels with around 30–50% new oak and bottled after 15 to 18 months of maturation. This careful approach allows the wines of Domaine Michel Noëllat to express the elegance and character of Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits.
