Based in the historic village of Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits, Arnaud Mortet represents the new generation of one of Burgundy’s most influential winemaking families.

Arnaud is the son of the late Denis Mortet, who built Domaine Denis Mortet into one of the most respected estates of Gevrey-Chambertin. Growing up among the vineyards, Arnaud developed a deep understanding of the region’s terroirs while working alongside his father from a young age.

After Denis Mortet’s passing in 2006, Arnaud continued working at the family domaine while gradually developing his own personal approach to winemaking. In 2016, he officially launched his own label, focusing on wines produced from carefully selected vineyard parcels across the Côte de Nuits.

Arnaud Mortet’s philosophy centres on purity and balance. His wines are crafted with the aim of expressing the unique character of each vineyard while maintaining the elegance and precision that define modern Burgundy winemaking.
