c. All Goods displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your Order in accordance with these Terms.

d. Your purchase of Goods from the Website is subject to:

– these Terms & Conditions;

– our Privacy Policy;

– our Delivery Policy;

– our Returns & Refund Policy; and

– any other policies published on the Website from time to time.

e. All trademarks, logos, images, and content displayed on the Website remain the property of Enoteca Singapore or their respective owners.

2. Legal Drinking Age

a. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase alcoholic products from our Website.

b. By placing an Order, you confirm and warrant that:

– you are at least 18 years old;

– you are legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages in Singapore; and

– all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

c. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to:

– request identification for age verification purposes;

– refuse delivery if the recipient appears underaged or intoxicated; and/or

– cancel any Order that violates applicable laws or regulations.

d. Alcohol deliveries will strictly comply with Singapore laws and regulations, including the prohibition of alcohol delivery between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM.

3. User Accounts

a. You may purchase Goods either as a guest or by creating an online customer account.

b. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information including:

full name;

delivery address;

contact number; and

valid email address.

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

d. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

4. Orders

a. All Orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

b. Once payment has been successfully made, your Order will be treated as an offer to purchase the selected Goods.

c. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to reject or cancel any Order for reasons including but not limited to:

product unavailability;

pricing errors;

suspected fraudulent transactions; or

non-compliance with Singapore laws.

d. An email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your Order does not constitute acceptance of your Order.

e. A legally binding contract is formed only upon dispatch of the Goods or written confirmation of acceptance by Enoteca Singapore.

f. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, reject, suspend or cancel any Order or transaction without liability where it reasonably believes that the transaction may be unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, commercially impracticable, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Pricing

a. All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST unless otherwise stated.

b. Prices exclude delivery charges unless specifically indicated.

c. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

d. In the event of pricing or typographical errors, Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to cancel affected Orders and refund any payments received.

6. Payment

a. Payment must be made in full before Goods are processed for delivery.

b. We accept payment methods made available on the Website, including major credit/debit cards and approved online payment platforms.

c. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to conduct payment verification checks before processing Orders.

d. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of payment methods by third parties.

e. Ownership of the Goods shall remain with Enoteca Singapore until full payment for the Goods and any applicable delivery charges has been received and cleared.

7. Delivery

a. Delivery is available within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

b. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to operational or external factors.

c. Deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years or above.

d. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to:

request proof of age upon delivery;

refuse delivery where age verification cannot be completed;

refuse delivery to intoxicated persons; and

charge additional delivery fees for failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery information.

e. Deliveries of alcoholic beverages shall not be made between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM in compliance with Singapore law.

f. Risk and title in the Goods pass to you upon successful delivery and full payment.

8. Returns & Refunds

a. Due to the nature of wine and alcoholic products, Goods sold are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

b. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted where:

incorrect Goods were delivered;

Goods are damaged upon delivery; or

Goods are proven defective.

c. Claims for damaged or incorrect Goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs.

d. Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any replacement or refund.

e. Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

f. Except as required under applicable law, no refund, exchange, credit, or replacement shall be provided for change of mind, personal taste preference, or orders placed in error by the customer.

9. Product Information

a. We endeavor to ensure that product descriptions, images, vintage information, and prices are accurate.

b. However, actual product labels, packaging, vintages, and bottle appearance may vary from images displayed on the Website.

c. Certain wines may be supplied in a different vintage from that displayed on the Website where the advertised vintage is unavailable. Where a substitute vintage is supplied, it shall be of the same product and producer unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

10. Responsible Drinking

Enoteca Singapore promotes responsible drinking.

Customers are encouraged to consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation. We reserve the right to refuse service or delivery where required by law or operational discretion.

Enoteca Singapore reserves the right to refuse sale, supply, or delivery of alcoholic products where it reasonably believes that doing so may result in a breach of applicable laws or regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, Enoteca Singapore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

use of the Website;

purchase or consumption of Goods;

delivery delays;

technical interruptions; or

third-party service failures.

b. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected Order.

c. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
